As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for implementation of new production and measurement equipment. You will also be involved in large repair and overhaul projects on machines. You will manage these projects from scope of work until implementation.
As a Sales manager you are part of the company’s Sales Department. You work closely with your colleagues from the Sales department in The Netherlands and in China.
In a typical week, you might be running demos, working with the sales and marketing team on a new strategy, meeting customers, or liaising with the delivery team to ensure the next client’s needs are perfectly met on their project. Working in a fast-growing tech company, you’ll be expected to exhibit a high degree of autonomy and will be able to research, develop and implement solutions and ideas to achieve more growth. You will play a key role in our expansion, with a brief and role that advances as we grow internationally.
As an employee Termination you are responsible for:
The assembly (electrical and fiberoptic) of terminations on the basis of drawings and work preparation data. You make use of coating compositions according to a fixed recipe. Then attach it to the cables (both new construction and repair), taking into account the applicable workshop instructions and safety regulations.
You manufacture test setups and interpret the measured values and check whether they meet the customer’s requirements. You consult with the production assistant Termination or with the Supervisor Termination for deviations, drawings that are incorrect and if the correct materials or parts are not present.

As a Technical Work Planner you will be responsible for the technical support, design and manufacture of existing and new cable systems.
You handle the (technical) documents and maintain technical standards for design, calculations and certificates. You modify drawings and make cost price calculations for cables, terminations and tools. You are responsible for developing and updating product setup sheets, work process instructions, technical documentations and manuals. You give first line technical support to the departments Production and Service.
