DE REGT Marine Cables is a prominent name in the design and production of tailor-made, specialist, dynamic or static cable solutions. Our company has over 90 years of experience in technological innovation and production of various cable designs. These are used in many areas, including the oil and energy sector, defense, seismic exploration and scientific projects.

Sales Manager
As a Sales manager you are part of the company’s Sales Department. You work closely with your colleagues from the Sales department in The Netherlands and in China.

In a typical week, you might be running demos, working with the sales and marketing team on a new strategy, meeting customers, or liaising with the delivery team to ensure the next client’s needs are perfectly met on their project. Working in a fast-growing tech company, you’ll be expected to exhibit a high degree of autonomy and will be able to research, develop and implement solutions and ideas to achieve more growth. You will play a key role in our expansion, with a brief and role that advances as we grow internationally.

What are we looking for?

  • Sound technical / engineering knowledge of ROV / Subsea Sector /Marine
  • Strong sales background is essential and proven track record in sales within the Oil & Gas Industry
  • Significant front line sales experience and ability to articulate and manage the technical and sales aspects of products to both commercial and technical users
  • A true relationship builder, experience and success in fostering a long-term “partnering” philosophy
  • Ability to work to targets and project on future business
  • Driven, ambitious and hungry personality
  • Positive, upbeat and enthusiastic manner
  • Self-motivated, well organized and methodical
  • Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills
  • Driving license
